Thai XIII trained for their Peace Corps service at Northern Illinois University. The volunteers of Group XIII arrived in Thailand in 1966 and served from 1966 to 1968. Thai XIII consisted of 81 volunteers who served in the Secondary TEFL and Teacher Training College program areas.
