Thai 44 trained for their Peace Corps service at Phrachuab Khirikan and Bangkok. The volunteers of Group 44 arrived in Thailand in 1973 and served from 1973 to 1975. Thai 44 consisted of 14 volunteers who served in the Education Specialists program area.
