Thai 62 trained for their Peace Corps service at Chachoengsao and Khon Kaen. The volunteers of Group 62 arrived in Thailand in 1978 and served from 1978 to 1980. Thai 62 consisted of 26 volunteers who served in the Livestock, Crop Production, Land Development, 4-H Extension, Community Health, and Teacher Training College Agriculture program areas.
