Thai 80 trained for their Peace Corps service in Singburi and Lampang. The volunteers of Group 80 arrived in Thailand in 1984 and served from 1984 to 1986. Thai 80 consisted of 16 volunteers who served in the Lab Services, Water Resources, Physical Therapy, Rural Development, Adult Education, 4-H Extension, and Medical Technology program areas.
