Thai 83 trained for their Peace Corps service in Rayong. The volunteers of Group 83 arrived in Thailand in 1985 and served from 1985 to 1987. Thai 83 consisted of 26 volunteers who served in the Secondary TEFL, Teacher Training College TEFL, and University TEFL program areas.
