Thai 85 trained for their Peace Corps service in Nakorn Sawan, Nong Khai, Saraburi, Burirum, Phrae, and Bangsaen. The volunteers of Group 85 arrived in Thailand in 1985 and served from 1985 to 1987. Thai 85 consisted of 35 volunteers who served in the TEFL, Malaria Control, and Nutrition program areas.
