Thai 106 trained for their Peace Corps service in Chainat. The volunteers of Group 106 arrived in Thailand in 1995 and served from 1995 to 1997. Thai 106 consisted of 29 volunteers who served in the National Park Development, Soil and Water Conservation, AIDS Control, and Nutrition program areas.
