Thai 131 trained for their Peace Corps service at Suphan Buri. The volunteers of Group 131 arrived in Thailand in 2019 and planned to serve from 2019 to 2021. Thai 131 consisted of 59 volunteers who served in the YinD and TESS program areas.
The volunteers of Thai 131 had just completed their first year of service when Peace Corps suspended all operations globally on March 15, 2020 due to the COVID pandemic and began the evacuation of all volunteers.
